Form for Investors to Complete
We need to collect data of the investor.

A WYSIWYG at the top.

Form with questions I create.

This form would send a PDF to 2-N people as needed

Be editalbe by the investor.

No be editable by Admin

I must devise a way that minutes are immutable, but stored online. 

Then sent to notory in USA to record in recorders office.

This all must work when I die, or unable to do this.

Secretary, and Board, etc.
